Kin has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for the past 10 years. He graduated from UCLA in Psychology. In 2022, he completed his Masters of Science in Behavior Analysis at National University and passed his exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In his free time, Kin enjoys biking, playing basketball, and rediscovering California with his son and family.

Jacqueline is a RBT with a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Applied Behavioral Analysis with an emphasis in Special Education. She has worked with children and teenagers from ages 1 to 17 years old doing one-on-one therapy, providing supervision for other RBTs, and conducting Parent Training sessions since 2019. Prior to ABA, Jacqueline completed an internship as an undergrad student working side-by-side with a middle school Counselor. Additionally, she was involved in her community by volunteering in the Special Olympics of Northern California, volunteering in various elementary schools, and participating in kids' carnivals hosted by her community. As Jacqueline pursues to grow in her role with Mylestones as a Clinical Manager, she continues to give back to her community during her free time by volunteering at her local gyms to assist with the kids' boxing and jiu-jitsu classes.

Morgan is our Administrative Manager here at Mylestones, Army wife, and sports mama. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from San Jose State University, and is a proud small business owner. Her latest business, A Love for Lavish LLC, was inspired by her beautiful children and their ever growing imagination. Although she specializes in luxury picnics, unique backdrops, and balloon services, she has the most fun creating children's activity stations; providing kids with more interactive and free expression fun, compared to your typical party entertainment. This is why Mylestones has a special place in her heart and why she resonated so closely with our goals. There's joy in witnessing a child's creative process, helping them reach their full potential, and the happiness that comes from simply letting kids be kids. Morgan is honored to be just a small part of the difference made in a child's life here at Mylestones, and in our local communities.
Dr. Parker Rugeley, Ed.D.

Parker Rugeley’s passion for education advocacy and support draws from his experience with underserved students. Dr. P works as a Clinical Supervisor/Parent Trainer for Mylestones Therapy. Dr. Parker believes that all people are inherently good and provides spaces for folks to assemble and have an open dialogue about issues they face in various environments. In 2018, Parker graduated from California State University, East Bay with a B.A. in Political Science with an option in Pre-Law and a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration with an option in Justice and Enforcement. In 2020, Parker graduated from his alma mater with a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Management and Policy Analysis. In December of 2023, Dr. Parker earned his professional doctorate at the University of the Pacific concentrating in Transformative Action in Education.

Jasmine is an occupational therapist specializing in neurological rehabilitation and pediatric care, including early intervention. With a robust background in behavioral therapy, she has worked with children and adults across various disabilities for many years. She is also a special education instructor and has experience as a preschool teacher, educating students from early childhood to adults. Jasmine facilitates social skills groups in collaboration with a speech-language pathologist (SLP) for both children and adults, enhancing their interpersonal interactions. Additionally, she has served as a dating coach for studies at UCLA's neurological department and is the founder of Joojeh Joy, a sensory toy company.

Ashley Chamberlain is a dedicated Senior Clinical Director with over 17 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis. She earned her Master of Science degree from California State University Stanislaus in 2011 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2013. For 11 years, Ashley worked at Central Valley Autism Project as a Clinical Director in San Joaquin County, followed by three years at Patterson Joint Unified and three years at Beyond Behavior California. She has a strong commitment to supporting individuals from ages 1 to adulthood, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. As a wife and mother of two boys, Ashley understands the importance of faith, family and community. Her passion for helping others, combined with her expertise, makes her a vital asset to our team. In her spare time, she enjoys family outings, gardening, hot yoga, and being involved in her local church. Ashley's commitment to both her profession and personal life reflects her belief in nurturing growth and connection in all areas.

Jyoti, better known professionally as Geet, is a self-published author renowned for her exploration of taboo subjects within South Asian communities. Recognizing a notable absence of Punjabi representation in literature, she embarked on a mission to rectify this disparity by featuring Punjabi protagonists in her works. Geet's dedication to amplifying underrepresented voices has led her to publish 14 books, with her 15th book set to release in Fall 2024. Each of her works offers unique and compelling narratives that resonate with readers worldwide. Her literary contributions, accessible through the Amazon platform, have garnered attention for their cultural authenticity and depth. In addition to her writing, Geet is the HR Assistant at Mylestones and the first in her family to graduate with a master’s degree. She earned her Master of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of the Pacific, Class of 2021 and has a minor in journalism from Stanislaus State University. Alleyda Barraza, B.S., SLPA
Speech Language Pathology Assistant
Alleyda is a studying speech-language pathology assistant (SLPA) with a B.S. in speech and language hearing sciences, minor in education, and data science. Alleyda has special interests in adult neurogenic disorders, preschool children, and children on the autism spectrum. Her experiences range from working in play clinics, early head starts and the rehabilitative settings. Alleyda works in collaboration with a supervising SLP and infant development specialists on treating speech and language disorders in young children. Additionally, in her undergraduate studies she conducted research on bilingual adults with aphasia and worked to streamline virtual therapy services during covid for adults with aphasia, and children on the autism spectrum.

Kathryn has a double bachelors degree in psychology and cognitive science with a minor in education from the University of California Davis. She started her career as a behavior technician after graduating in 2018, and went on to complete her masters in Special Education (applied behavior analysis) from Arizona State University in 2020. She continued to work as an RBT until passing her BCBA exam in 2021. Kathryn has since gone on to work in both the educational and clinical settings as a BCBA, where she has worked with individuals of diverse age, culture, and ability. Kathryn is passionate about accepting neurodiversity, trauma informed practice, and advocacy for the disability community. She strongly believes in listening to Autistic voices and implementing their feedback into ethical practice.

Jazmin is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, who has her Masters in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Pacific and her Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Sacramento State University. She has been working in the speech therapy field since 2016 when she received an Associates degree as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant and an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from San Joaquin Delta College. Jazmin has experience working with individuals in the public and non-public schools. She is skilled in speech and language evaluation, screenings, and treatment of children of all ages. Jazmin specializes in treating children with special needs such as; Autism, deaf and hard-of-hearing, and non-verbal children utilizing AAC devices. She is a strong believer that every child deserves a voice. This belief has led her to become passionate about teaching children different modalities to communicate and helping them choose their preferred mode of communication. She works closely with children and their families to facilitate effective communication skill development and implementation. Jazmin is a beneficial member to the Mylestones team as she helps to provide a new perspective on communication to children, parents, and the early intervention team.

Currently she is in her last semester at San Joaquin Delta College, completing the Speech Language Pathology Assistant program.

Starting her career in a special education classroom, she has earned her license as a behavioral technician and is now working towards a degree in speech language pathology. Shannon is passionate about helping clients improve behaviors and better meet their treatment goals. Skilled in implementing acquired programs and reduction strategies for problematic behaviors. Shannon's passion for working with children goes beyond her training and she hopes to help parents and caregivers give their children the best support to make them happy and healthy individuals.

Veronica is an early interventionist with a passion for supporting children’s development. She holds a bachelor's degree in Speech and Language from the University of the Pacific and has additional training in childhood development. Veronica has worked with individuals from early childhood to adulthood, including children with autism and other disabilities. She also has experience in special education, collaborating closely with speech therapists and behavior analysts to create a nurturing and collaborative environment for her clients. Currently pursuing her master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology, Veronica is dedicated to advancing her skills and knowledge to better serve her clients and their families.

Sam's passion is working with learners to improve skills to increase independence. Kayla Jones grew up in a household filled with love for ABA! Her mother pursued a college degree with an emphasis of ABA, and her brother, who was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome, received ABA services during their youth. Due to this, Kayla wanted to continue the family legend in providing quality behavioral services. In 2018, Kayla began Working in the field of ABA as a RBT. She then pursued her masters and earned her degree in 2022. Currently, as a clinical supervisor, Kayla's focus has been to continue to provide quality services to those she serves, as well as becoming a future BCBA.

Linnea Katherine Kraetsch, M.A., SLP

Linnea Katherine “Katie” Kraetsch is a Speech Language Pathologist with 41 years of experience in the field. During the first 20 years of her career as an SLP in the Fresno Unified School District and the Clovis Unified District she worked with children birth-to-three years of age up to high school-aged students. She was the SLP that helped launch the specialized classrooms for preschool and kindergarten students with autism. Katie worked with children birth-to-three for 10 years serving families and young children in their homes. She also served on the preschool assessment team for Clovis Unified. During the last 17 years of her career in special education she served as a Special Education Program Specialist for various types of special education programs at Buchanan High School and the Buchanan Elementary Area Elementary Schools. She was a Program Specialist for the Speech and Language Department and was the Clovis Assistive Technology Specialist. Katie became the Program Specialist for the preschool and kindergarten programs serving students with autism. Katie spent the last 10 years of her special education career as the Program Specialist overseeing the preschool special day class programs, preschool inclusion classrooms, preschool assessment team, and the Clovis Early Start program called Clovis Infant Toddler Intervention (CITI Kids). CITI Kids is a vendor for the Central Valley Regional Center and serves 120 children with disabilities ages birth-to-three. Since retiring from the Clovis Unified School District in 2020 Katie became an SLP consultant and SLPA supervisor for Mylestones starting in August of 2023. Katie started a private SLP practice in January of 2024 and currently serves children birth-to-three years of age and their families in San Luis Obispo County.
