As your child approaches their third birthday, transitioning from VMRC's Early Start services to Kaiser Insurance can seem challenging. At Mylestones Early Intervention, we're here to support you every step of the way.
If your child has been receiving Early Start services, they likely already have a comprehensive developmental report detailing key areas like communication, social, adaptive, physical, and behavioral skills. This report will be vital as you seek continued services through Kaiser or other providers. You can request a referral from your physician or psychologist for evaluations, such as autism, to ensure your child gets the necessary support.
Currently, Mylestones serves families in Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and the Foothills area and works closely with regional centers such as the San Andreas Regional Center and Alta California Regional Center, as well as clients under Kaiser insurance. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are ready to assist with any questions and help ensure a smooth transition to school-based or insurance-based services.
